This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Jake Turner Performance, LLC and Jake Turner Life and Business Coach (collectively, the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information obtained from users, clients, and visitors (“User,” “Client,” or “you”) in connection with the Company’s website, services, products, and programs. This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Company’s Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.

This information may include: full name, email address, phone number, mailing address, billing information (processed via third-party payment processors), and personal background or contextual information voluntarily disclosed during coaching.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you access our website or digital platforms, we may automatically collect: IP address, device type and operating system, browser type and version, referring URL, pages viewed and time spent, clickstream data, and cookie and tracking technology data.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third parties, including payment processors, social media platforms (if you interact with our social media accounts or use social login features), advertising platforms, and analytics providers. We handle such information in accordance with this Policy.
2. Legal Basis for Processing and How We Use Information
2.1 Purposes of Use
We use personal information for the following purposes:

2.2 Tennessee Information Protection Act
Effective July 1, 2025, the Tennessee Information Protection Act (“TIPA”), Tenn. Code Ann. § 47-18-3201 et seq., may impose obligations on the Company regarding the collection and processing of personal data of Tennessee consumers. The Company is committed to compliance with TIPA as applicable to its scale of data processing.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies on our website for the following purposes: (a) strictly necessary cookies required for website functionality; (b) performance and analytics cookies (including Google Analytics) that collect aggregated data about how visitors use our site; (c) advertising and retargeting cookies (including Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags) that enable targeted advertising based on your browsing behavior; and (d) preference cookies that remember your settings and preferences.

These measures include use of secure third-party payment processors that maintain PCI-DSS compliance, encryption of data in transit via SSL/TLS, access controls limiting employee and contractor access to personal information on a need-to-know basis, and regular security assessments of our systems and processes.
HOWEVER, NO DATA TRANSMISSION OVER THE INTERNET OR ELECTRONIC STORAGE SYSTEM CAN BE GUARANTEED TO BE 100% SECURE. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE ABSOLUTE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, AND YOU PROVIDE SUCH INFORMATION AT YOUR OWN RISK.
In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, the Company will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law, including Tenn. Code Ann. § 47-18-2107 (Tennessee Identity Theft Deterrence Act), within the timeframes prescribed by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the duration of the service relationship, to comply with legal obligations (including applicable statutes of limitations), to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention schedule.
7. Your Privacy Rights
7.1 Tennessee Consumer Rights (TIPA)
To the extent the Tennessee Information Protection Act (Tenn. Code Ann. § 47-18-3201 et seq.) applies to the Company’s operations, Tennessee consumers may have the right to: (a) confirm whether the Company is processing personal data about them; (b) access their personal data; (c) correct inaccurate personal data; (d) delete personal data provided by or obtained about the consumer; (e) obtain a portable copy of personal data; and (f) opt out of the processing of personal data for purposes of targeted advertising or profiling.
7.2 California Consumer Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to: (a) know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold; (b) delete personal information (subject to exceptions); (c) correct inaccurate personal information; (d) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; (e) limit use of sensitive personal information; and (f) non-discrimination for exercising your rights. 7.3 EU/UK Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable UK data protection law, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. 7.4 How to Submit a Privacy Rights Request
To submit any privacy rights request, contact us in writing at jake@jakepaulturner.com with the subject line “Privacy Rights Request” and include your full name, email address on file, and a description of the right you wish to exercise. We may require identity verification before processing your request. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law.
8. Email Opt-Out and SMS Opt-Out
You may opt out of marketing email communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Opt-out requests will be honored within ten (10) business days in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.). You may continue to receive transactional or service-related emails that are necessary for the administration of your account or services.
You may opt out of SMS/text message communications at any time by replying STOP to any Company text message or by contacting us at jake@jakepaulturner.com. Opt-out requests will be processed promptly in accordance with TCPA requirements.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Company’s Services are intended exclusively for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. The Company does not knowingly collect, solicit, or use personal information from individuals under the age of 18 and does not knowingly allow such individuals to access the Services. If you believe that a person under the age of 18 has provided personal information to the Company, please contact us immediately at jake@jakepaulturner.com and we will take prompt steps to delete such information. The Company’s practices are consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq.) (“COPPA”).
10. Third-Party Links and Platforms
The Company’s website and content may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or platforms, including social media platforms, podcast hosting platforms, and payment processors. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our website. The presence of a link does not constitute an endorsement by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. The effective date of the most current version will be posted at the top of this Policy. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email or by prominent notice on the Company website. Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
